[Case Study] DfAM & 3D Printing

Integrating nine components increases the heat exchange area by 74%! We will introduce several examples, including the "EGR Cooler."

We would like to introduce a case study on "DfAM & 3D Printing." In the case of the "EGR Cooler," we provided a domestic automobile manufacturer with a design for the internal heat exchange component to improve thermal efficiency, as well as an optimal design for the attachment bracket to integrate parts. This resulted in a 15% increase in the thermal efficiency of the exhaust gas.
